Claude Gorjux is a Chef and founder of Bous, the Brisbane City brand, famous for its signature bite-size chocolate desserts. Passionate about cooking since a young age and coming from a French background, Claude started a career in the kitchen and after over 15 years of working in fine dining restaurants, he had the idea that people should be able to taste restaurant-quality desserts without needing to go out to fancy places, he decided to do what he loved and launched Bous.
