Claude Gorjux is a classically trained chef with over 15 years of experience. Beginning his Journey in France, Claude has spent most of his career in Melbourne working in some of the country’s top hatted restaurants and 5-star hotels. His cooking is rooted in refined technique, seasonal ingredients, and local flavours.
Imbi Leili Ling brings her own expertise in hospitality, with a long-standing career in front-of-house service at some of Australia's most acclaimed venues, including the iconic Vue de monde. Her passion lies in creating memorable guest experiences—warm, personal, and always professional.
