How can I contact customer support?
Please send some information about your query and your order number to support@bous.com.au. Our Customer Service team will be in touch in 1-2 business days.
Do you have a physical store?
At this point we do not have a physical store and only are accepting online orders.
What payment methods do you accept? You are able to use any Mastercard, Visa, debit/credit card and Paypal to pay for your purchase through our online store.
What best before dates can I expect with my online purchase?
We guarantee a best before date of at least 2 weeks from delivery for any products purchased through our online store. We use fresh ingredients and your order is made to order. Our chocolates don't have any preservatives.
Are any of your products gluten free?
The majority of our product line is free of gluten, and we take great care in providing products that are safe for people living with coeliac disease to consume. We also mark which products are gluten free on individual product listings.
Are any of your products vegan friendly?
Some of our products are suitable for vegans; please check product descriptions.
